I am here to help you build confidence in managing your difficult thoughts and feelings.
I specialised in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the University of Oxford. Since then I have had many years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with different presentations. I have supported clients dealing with OCD, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic, health anxiety, low mood, stress and a range of other presentations. I have specialised in working with perinatal mums and dads as well as adults with long-term conditions. I have worked in both NHS settings and private practice, giving me a broad understanding of the mental health landscape and the unique challenges faced by those seeking support.
In the last 5 years, I worked as a Specialist CBT therapist for anxiety at the Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma at the Maudsley Hospital supporting perinatal parents. I have also worked for the University of Surrey as a CBT supervisor as part of their CBT training course.
My passion for mental health and wellbeing drives my work, and I believe in creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel comfortable to explore their thoughts and emotions. I understand that seeking therapy can be a big step, and I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey towards personal growth.
